In celebration of Songkran, Thai New Year 2013, Sway will be offering an off-the-menu set of special items, previously unavailable at at the restaurant. Items such as duck laksa, Singapore clams and wild boar larp will be available from April 15-21. The Songkran festival (Thai: สงกรานต์) from the Sanskrit word saṃkrānti, or literally "astrological passage" is celebrated in Thailand as the traditional New Year's Day.
